Exodus is looking for a Head of Partnerships who is passionate about building strategic relationships and driving business growth in the crypto and Web3 space. Your role will be to develop, manage, and expand partnerships across Exodus’ B2B2C product lines. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who excels in outbound outreach, identifies unique partner needs, and fosters long-term partnerships that drive revenue and adoption of Exodus products.
What You Will Do
- Engage and close new partners across Exodus’ B2B2C product lines
- Develop and execute an outbound partnership strategy
- Identify partner needs and clearly convey the value of Exodus’ products
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive deal execution
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements
- Build scalable processes for partnership development
- Represent Exodus at industry conferences and events
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in crypto/Web3
- Proven ability to generate outbound pipeline and close high-value partnerships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with C-suite and technical stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high sense of ownership
- Strategic thinker with a track record of creative problem-solving
- Ability to travel to in-person meetings
- Passion for crypto/Web3, with a deep understanding of industry trends
A Plus
- Existing network of relationships in the crypto/Web3 industry
- Experience in B2B2C partnerships
- Background in strategic deal-making and contract negotiations

Benefits
Health: Most of our health insurance plans are covered 100% for you and covered 50% for your dependents. We’ll also cover dental insurance. If you are outside of the United States, we will reimburse you up to $500 per month for any medical and dental insurance for you and your dependents.
PTO: 30 days of paid time off per year on top of a flexible schedule where you can work wherever and whenever. If you’re part-time with us, you’ll still receive 15 days of paid time off.
Unlimited Bereavement: We will pay you your full salary for the first two weeks for the loss of any immediate family members, but we allow you to take all the time you need to grieve outside of that.
Parental Leave: 13 weeks of fully paid leave with and a month of flexible work for the primary caregiver. 4 weeks of paid leave if you are the child's secondary caregiver.
