We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to take ownership of our HubSpot system and help scale our go-to-market engine. This role will ensure our data, processes, and reporting are reliable and efficient; directly enabling Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to generate and convert pipeline more effectively.
You’ll design and improve how accounts are managed, build clear reporting, and introduce smart automation (including AI-driven enrichment) to support growth. It’s a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who thrives on systems, process, and collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Own HubSpot CRM: maintain clean data across contacts, companies, leads, and deals.
- Design and refine processes for deal stages, account allocation, lead scoring, and reporting.
- Partner with Sales, Growth, Marketing, and Partnerships to make sure accounts and opportunities are managed smoothly.
- Build reports and dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline health, use cases, and revenue opportunities.
- Explore automation and enrichment tools, including AI, to make outreach more timely and relevant.
- Support cross-functional collaboration by ensuring CRM is a trusted source of truth.
We’re looking for someone who
- Has 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM management.
- Brings hands-on expertise with HubSpot (or Salesforce, with openness to switch).
- Thinks in systems and processes, and can spot inefficiencies and create practical solutions.
- Is confident working with data, reporting, and dashboards.
- Communicates clearly and enjoys working across teams.
- Thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve.
