The Role
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to drive the execution of key initiatives across AI, blockchain, and decentralized systems. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, researchers, and product teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Define project scopes, milestones, and timelines for AI, Web3, and infrastructure initiatives.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Act as the bridge between engineering, research, and product teams to align development efforts.
- Agile & Scrum Leadership: Implement agile methodologies, run stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential roadblocks and proactively work on solutions to keep projects on track.
- Technical Oversight: Understand system architecture, AI models, and blockchain integrations to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates, reports, and documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Tooling & Automation: Leverage JIRA, Notion, GitHub Projects, or other tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in technical project management, engineering management, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, blockchain, or Web3 infrastructure.
- Experience with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and software development lifecycles.
- Technical background with experience in Python, Rust, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript (coding experience is a plus but not required).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans and communicate effectively with both engineers and leadership.
Bonus Points
- Experience working with AI agent frameworks, smart contract development, or decentralized applications (dApps).
- Hands-on experience with DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and deployment processes.
- Contributions to open-source AI, Web3, or developer tooling projects.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
