The opportunity
Senior Product Designer with deep expertise in design systems, IA, and interaction design. Shapes scalable experiences, mentors peers, and drives design quality across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design initiatives across features and journeys.
- Anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
- Coach and mentor designers at multiple levels.
- Drive evolution of design systems and patterns.
- Facilitate usability testing and discovery work.
- Other duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Required:
- 6–9 years of design experience.
- Mastery of Figma, design tokens, and documentation.
- Expertise in usability, accessibility, and design systems.
- Preferred:
- Experience leading cross-team design projects.
- Familiarity with business strategy alignment.
Personal Attributes:
- Strategic and reliable.
- Strong mentor and collaborator.
- Advocates for design quality and inclusion.
Bonus if you have
- Blockchain / Crypto experience
