Responsibilities
- Lead data science and analytics initiatives across Financial Data Platform, Payment Analytics Platform, and Business Data Platform domains
- Build scalable metrics frameworks, analytical models, and data solutions to support business, finance, reconciliation, and operational decision-making
- Analyze transaction, financial, and business data to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and growth opportunities
- Partner closely with Product, Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams to improve data-driven strategy and business performance
- Design and optimize KPI systems, metrics platforms, and analytics frameworks across cross-border payment and financial products
- Drive data governance initiatives including data quality, metrics consistency, standardization, and reporting accuracy
- Develop predictive analytics, forecasting models, segmentation analysis, and business performance insights
- Support analytics infrastructure and collaborate with data platform teams to improve data accessibility and scalability
- Mentor team members and establish best practices across analytics and data science function
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or Business Analytics related roles
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Experience working with Financial Data Platform, Metrics Platform, Analytics Platform, or large-scale business data environments
- Strong understanding of payment analytics, reconciliation, financial reporting, and business performance analysis
- Familiar with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, experimentation, or predictive analytics
- Strong business understanding and ability to convert complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and cross-functional environments
