Job Description
Cboe'sData Vantage business isseekinga highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, through the sale ofmarket datato institutional clients, broker-dealers, hedge funds, retail brokers, market data vendors, fintech firmsand other financial institutions. The SalesExecutivewill play a critical role in expandingCboe'smarket presencein theAPACregionand enhancing client relationships within the rapidly evolving financial markets landscape.
Responsibilities
- Generate revenue through the sale of Cboe Market Data productsacross assignedregions
- Identifyprospectsand sourcenew salesopportunities through inbound lead follow-upandvariousoutboundprospectinginitiatives
- Meet and exceed sales goals (targets) andassistregional salesteamwithidentifyingandclosingnewsalesopportunities.
- Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales and movea large number oftransactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline
- Provide regular updates on salespipeline, forecasts, and key performance metrics to Sales Manager using Salesforce.
- Drive new business growth throughthe identification and developmentof strategicpartnerships
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Product Management, Marketing, and Client Engagement teams, togenerateleadbased onclient requirements and differentiateCboe'sofferings in the marketplace.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments toanticipatemarket opportunities and potential challenges
- Represent Cboe at industry conferences, trade shows, and client events to enhance brand awareness and foster new business opportunities.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Quantifiabletrack recordof success in B2B consultative solutions sales, with a focus on financial markets (Specifically market data and/or trading technology)
- Track recordof over-achieving sales quota.
- Established contact base within target market dataand financial trading community
- Strong understanding of financial markets (equities, options, indices, market data), trading workflows, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Strong multi-tasking and customer service skills
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solvingand analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectivelyengage withcustomers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Previousexperience working within a data/software vendor, exchange, or trading firm preferred
- Minimum Years ofRelevantWork Experience:8years
- Bachelor’s degreerequired
