Role Overview
We are looking for an Operations Manager who will take ownership of the company's day-to-day operations and act as the right hand of the COO.
This is a hands-on operations leadership role, combining operational management, cross-functional coordination, and process improvement. You will ensure that teams, processes, and priorities are aligned — and that things don't just get planned, but actually get done.
This role offers significant autonomy, real visibility across the company, and a clear growth path toward senior operations leadership.

Operations Management
- Managing and improving day-to-day operational processes across the company
- Owning operational workflows and ensuring efficiency and accountability
- Building and maintaining operational frameworks, SOPs, and best practices
- Managing relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Overseeing operational budgets for specific areas (travel, tools, office)
Strategic Support to COO
- Working closely with the COO on operational priorities and strategic initiatives
- Turning strategic decisions into concrete action plans and driving execution
- Preparing regular operational reports (weekly/monthly) for the COO and leadership
- Identifying operational inefficiencies and proposing solutions
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinating timelines, action items, and deliverables across teams (engineering, support, finance, legal)
- Scheduling and facilitating cross-team meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items
- Maintaining and updating project management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Ensuring tasks are clearly owned, tracked, and completed on time
Problem Solving & Execution
- Handling urgent operational issues, escalating when needed, and keeping leadership informed
- Stepping in to cover short-term operational gaps when needed
- Coordinating special projects requiring fast, reliable execution
🔎 We Are Looking For Someone With:
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or business operations
- Experience in a tech-driven, scale-up, or fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage processes, people, and priorities simultaneously
- Strong familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)
- Fluent English and Czech (written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset — you see problems and fix them
- Clear, structured communication across all levels of the organization
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment
