We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Verification Specialist to join our FinTech team. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and validity of customer data and documentation to support secure onboarding and compliance processes.

Type of Cooperation:B2B Contract.

Location: Fully remote (EU preferred, no sanctioned countries).

Work schedule: 5 days per week (Sunday–Thursday), 2 days off, full-time.

Responsibilities:— Communicate with customers via live chat or ticket system about verification steps and results.

— Conduct manual ID, POA and POA,and SOW document/questionnaire reviews for higher-risk customers in accordance with internal procedures.—Identify and escalate complex, high-risk, or technical issues to the relevant teams.— Ensure all actions and decisions are properly recorded in line with internal quality requirements.

Requirements:— Previous experience in KYC, onboarding, CDD, or customer support.—Ability to analyze customer information and documents, identify inconsistencies.

—Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

—Ability to work to defined KPIs and SLAs while maintaining quality standards.—Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to recognize when issues need to be escalated.—Experience using KYC or case management systems (e.g., Sumsub, Freshdesk/Zendesk) is an advantage.
