Responsibilities
Role Overview
We’re seeking a Search & Recommendation Growth PM to lead personalized strategies for our global product. You’ll own end-to-end user lifecycle growth, leveraging search/recommendation algorithms to drive 1:1 experiences across regions (with regulatory-compliant content/layout variations). The role is KPI-driven for acquisition, retention, and transaction growth, requiring deep expertise in recommendation ranking, ad algorithms, and user journey optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Design global personalized search/recommendation strategies, adapting content/UI to local regulations.
Own user lifecycle (AARRR) and journey analysis, building lifecycle-based recommendation/ranking systems.
Drive 1:1 personalization via user tagging & algorithmic targeting.
Own core growth KPIs: new user conversion, 7-day transaction, retention.
Collaborate with algorithm/engineering/global teams to iterate data-driven strategies.
Requirements
3+ years in search/recommendation/growth PM, owning growth KPIs.
Deep understanding of recommendation algorithms (ranking/ad/lifecycle).
Experience with global products & regulatory compliance.
Strong data skills; fluent English for global collaboration.
