Responsibilities
Develop user segmentation models based on user risk preferences, asset holdings, trading behavior, and transaction frequency
Identify behavioral differences between high-potential users, high-net-worth users, and low-quality or incentive-driven users, and design differentiated growth and conversion strategies
Monitor and optimize key financial growth metrics including deposit conversion rate, first trade completion rate, net asset inflow, and product penetration
Conduct attribution analysis to evaluate user lifetime value (LTV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and long-term ROI across channels
Propose growth hypotheses based on data insights, design and execute A/B testing experiments, and take ownership of experiment outcomes
Deeply participate in localized operations by researching local financial habits, payment behaviors, and user scenarios to improve product and operational strategies
Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Operations teams to continuously improve user growth funnels and conversion efficiency
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in Growth Operations, User Growth, Product Operations, or related fields
Experience in fintech, payments, brokerage, banking, or digital financial services is preferred
Hands-on experience running end-to-end data-driven growth experiments
Strong logical thinking with the ability to break down complex growth goals into actionable strategies and measurable metrics
Good understanding of user behavior, conversion funnels, lifecycle management, and growth KPIs
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results
Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and other data analysis tools
Passionate about localized operations, user insights, and financial product growth
