About The Role:
As part of our People Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our HR operations are compliant, efficient, and aligned with business goals. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR within the financial services industry who is ready to contribute to a growing team. You will work closely with both the People Ops team and business units to maintain accurate data and uphold compliance standards, while also helping to build and refine HR processes and policies.
What You Will Do:
- Regulatory and Compliance Management: Assist in managing and reporting on regulatory and compliance requirements to ensure the company meets all necessary standards and guidelines.
- Data Management and Consistency: Ensure that all People Ops and Business Unit data—including organization charts, position details, compensation, and benefits—are accurate and up to date. This will support seamless reporting and data consistency across the organization.
- Process and Policy Development: Contribute to the creation, refinement, and implementation of People team processes and policies to streamline operations and enhance employee experience.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years working in an HR role within the financial services industry (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, with strong data management and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with complete fluency in English.
- Self-starter with a demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
