This individual will play an integral role in helping us understand our growing data, which will directly influence our strategic decisions. The ideal candidate is nifty, detail-oriented, and has a keen interest in exploring and unraveling complex data trends. Familiarity with the world of cryptocurrencies is a plus, but not a requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis
- Lead and run data collection efforts.
- Conduct full life cycle analysis, including requirements, activities, and design.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets, and convert them into insights that can support business decisions.
- Monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
- Use predictive modeling to enhance consumer understanding, customer segmentation, advertising targeting, and other business outcomes.
- Communication
- Collaborate and communicate with different departments to understand data needs.
- Use graphs and data visualizations effectively to present data findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategy
- Strategize and execute database queries.
- Implement systems and strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights.
- Advise on establishing benchmarks and metrics.
Required Skills:
- Very strong exp with python + sql.
- MUST have experience with consumer products.
- Experience working within the Crypto industry is a plus.
- Experience working at a fast moving impressive crypto company or FAANG level company or scale-up.
