Responsibilities
·Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening checks on new and existing customers as part of due diligence processes, in line with regulatory requirements.
·Liaise and coordinate with colleagues from other business departments (e.g. Client Services, Compliance, etc) to ensure that onboarding of customers is completed efficiently and on time.
·Handle queries and requests from customers, internal business units, and external stakeholders.
·Assist with extraction of data for preparation of monthly KPI reports and other ad-hoc reporting.
·Ensure daily BAU transaction processes are completed accurately and timely as per defined SLA.
·Participate and contribute to ongoing efforts in improving current systems and processes to accommodate new requirements.
·Collaborate with the in-house technology team to establish test cases and participate in actual User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to test the platform’s functionality and resilience.
·Any other operations tasks required.
