We’re looking for fintech enthusiasts to join us in creating the financial infrastructure of tomorrow. We’re building the first European Investment API to enable any financial institution offering a wide range of efficient and transparent investment products, such as stocks and ETFs in nominal, portfolio, and fractional form. Our mission and vision is to make investing as easy as spending money.
We’re based in Berlin but are also open to hiring remotely in Germany or Estonia for this role. If you're currently based elsewhere but would like to move to Germany, we’re happy to support your relocation.
Your mission:
As associate to the Engineering team you will support members of the Engineering Leadership team, incl. Juha Ristolainen, CTO & Co-founder, and Katja Sommer, Chief of Staff to the CTO on a variety of topics that span across the entire engineering organisation. Specifically, you will prepare department wide meetings and knowledge sharing formats, help with audits, and operational excellence topics.

This role will give you the opportunity to:
- Engineering Team Support: Support the engineering organisation in operational efficiency and engineering compliance topics, such as adherence to our Secure Software Development Life Cycle.
- Engineering Leadership Support: Provide hands-on support for our Engineering Leadership Team, incl. CTO (e.g. preparing all-hands meetings, offsites, etc.).
- Presentation and Material Preparation: Prepare presentations and materials for the engineering organisation.
- Process and Best-Practices Development: Support processes and best practices to help our organisation mature.
- OKR Process and Operational Excellence: Support the Chief of Staff in the OKR process and operational excellence topics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally, supporting the team with internal stakeholders.
Job requirements:
- You are structured, can organise yourself in a remote or hybrid work setup, take ownership and execute projects swiftly
- You are comfortable handling competing priorities in a fast past environment
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English (with German a plus)
- You won’t shy away from asking for clarification as needed
- You are hungry to learn, feel comfortable interacting within an engineering organisation, and are passionate about the fintech industry
- You are a skilled user of Google Slides, Spreadsheets, Calendar, Meet and Miro
