BlockTech is a high-paced algorithmic trading firm facilitating global trading in cryptocurrency while expanding into regulated markets. We are growing like never before and we are looking for a Financial Controller who wants to join us in this exciting scale-up phase!
What will you do?
-Take ownership of day-to-day accounting for multiple international entities.
-Drive periodic closings (monthly, quarterly, and yearly).
-Dive into diverse automation and process improvement projects that have a real impact.
-Handle ad hoc requests from management and deliver actionable insights.
-Be(come) a go-to contact for advisors, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
-Challenge the status quo—always seeking smarter, faster, and better ways of doing things.
-Collaborate, support your team, and step up when that is needed.

-1–3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an in-house or consulting role.
-A relevant academic degree
-Solid accounting and bookkeeping skills.
-Hands-on experience with ERP or accounting systems.
-A driven and adaptable mindset with the ambition to grow alongside our scale-up journey.
-A curious and proactive attitude—you are not afraid to ask questions, take the lead, and own your responsibilities.
-Flexibility to work independently on projects while thriving as part of a very collaborative team.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
