We are looking for a Head of People joining Finoa on the next phase of its journey. As our Head of People you will lead our effort to develop Finoa into the best place to work for highly ambitious, driven talent and drive the growth of our team in Europe, as well as globally. Reporting to our CEO, you will be responsible for the People function developing and driving strategic initiatives to grow Finoa.
Drive performance and build a values-driven culture towards excellence. You will partner with the leadership team to build a company culture around caring meritocracy.
Develop, implement, and manage a people strategy that supports the business growth objectives, ensuring prioritisation, and employee engagement.
Function as a strategic advisor to the leadership team in relation to key organisational, and people management issues.
Provide leadership by overseeing people operations, talent acquisition, engagement and retention, performance and rewards, career development, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Support our Talent Acquisition Team to develop our hiring processes, systems, and employer value proposition attracting the most ambitious and driven talents and providing a great candidate experience.
Implement data-orientated decision making across the People function.
You have 7+ years of experience in people related fields, within a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in fintech is a plus.
You have experience in scaling a team while developing and embracing a strong culture and virtues driven organization.
You have experience in building out and managing a People function, across all relevant fields. You love to grow and assist others to do the same. You still have a hands-on mentality and ability to roll up sleeves when required.
You are a people person – you enjoy meeting people and learning about them. You are a good listener and reader, and display a caring, compassionate and trustful nature towards others.
You have demonstrated experience delivering strategic support to leadership.
You thrive in an entrepreneurial team, proactively taking initiative and ownership within the People function as well as propose ideas and best practices within the whole organization.
You are a data-oriented, process- and results-driven expert facilitating unambiguous decision making.
You prioritize well and deliver exceptional work with limited direction demonstrating excellent critical judgement.
You are fluent in English, working knowledge in German is a plus.
