- Identify, analyse and assess business opportunities in a regulatory context spanning across geographic expansion, new product categories and business cooperation.
- Carrying out internal and external risk analyses (e.g., for make or buy decisions, service provider assessment).
- Closely collaborate with the respective departments within the company to incorporate regulatory actions into our organisation.
- Prepare and participate in discussions with the Compliance and Risk Management team.
- Support the whole Finoa team in maintaining regulatory conformity while staying an agile and responsive company
- Provide assistance across departments concerning regulatory, compliance and risk issues. Carry out projects and topics in relation to regulatory, compliance, and risk questions. Supporting other departments like AML when needed.
- You have finished or are currently pursuing your bachelor or masters' degree in Management, Economics, Law, or a related field
- You are reliable, self-motivated and a quick learner with exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail and experience in using structured approaches to problem solving
- You are fluent in German and English – any other language is a plus!
- Good level and knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word
- You have a hands-on mentality, healthy entrepreneurial mindset, stress resistance as well as a willingness to take an active role in our fast-growing company
