As the Head of Growth at Finoa, you will oversee and drive the strategic alignment and execution of growth initiatives across the company, ensuring seamless collaboration between our Marketing, Business & Protocol Development, and Institutional Sales teams. You will play a critical role in defining and implementing strategies that maximize customer acquisition, protocol integrations, brand building and revenue growth across our current and future product portfolio. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, ensuring alignment across marketing, protocol integrations, and institutional sales initiatives.
Team Oversight: Lead and mentor the Marketing, Business Development, and Institutional Sales teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication of goals and expectations.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and performance metrics to inform strategy, optimize campaigns, and identify opportunities for growth.
Market Expansion: Identify and execute on opportunities to expand Finoa’s reach into new markets, both geographically and by customer segment.
Partnership Development: Establish and nurture key partnerships with blockchain protocols, financial institutions, and ecosystem players to drive business development.
Revenue Growth: Define and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition, retention, protocol adoption, and overall revenue.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure the alignment of growth strategies with Finoa’s product roadmap and operational capabilities.
Thought Leadership: Represent Finoa at industry events, conferences, and in media engagements to build the company’s brand and reputation as a market leader.
Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources, budgets, and personnel to achieve the company’s growth objectives.

Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in growth leadership roles, preferably in the crypto, fintech, or financial services industries.
