✨ What awaits you here:
- Parts Procurement & Management: Search, purchase, and store electronic parts and components.
- Warehouse Operations: Oversee material and product warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
- Documentation & Accounting: Prepare documentation, invoices, and perform basic accounting tasks.
- Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to obtain price quotes, delivery options, and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Internal Collaboration: Act as a liaison between manufacturing and development teams to forecast component needs and plan accordingly.
🔎 We are looking for someone with:
- Warehouse management experience.
- Basic knowledge of PCB technology.
- Computer skills - Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Linux, Windows
- Basic knowledge of any accountant or warehouse management system.
- Communication skills - Ability to communicate with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Organization skills - Ability to organize supplier chains.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- English B2.
- At least secondary education with graduation.
- Advanced knowledge of electronic parts.
🇨🇿 The work is located in Prague, Czech republic. Therefore we are looking for candidates located in this area.
