Your mission
As a Product Designer for Portfolio, Trade & Earn, your role will be pivotal in helping millions of customers take control of their financial future. At Bitpanda, we’re breaking down barriers to wealth generation and empowering people to make their financial goals a reality. In this role, you will design intuitive and impactful experiences that enhance how users interact with their portfolio, manage their investment, navigate trade flows, manage their cards, and explore earning opportunities. Your mission is to create seamless and delightful user journeys that align with Bitpanda's commitment to making investing simple and accessible.
What you’ll do
- Design Meaningful Experiences: Craft user-friendly mobile and desktop experiences that enable users to track their portfolio, seamlessly execute trades, manage spending, and discover earning opportunities effectively.
- End-to-End UX Design: Manage the design process from ideation to implementation, including creating sketches, wireframes, prototypes (low to high fidelity), and testing with users to validate designs.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business objectives into impactful design solutions.
- User-Centered Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to ensure your designs meet user expectations and Bitpanda's standards.
- Contribute to the Design Community: Support team initiatives, share knowledge, and contribute to building a collaborative and efficient design culture at Bitpanda.
- Measure and Refine: Use qualitative and quantitative data to continuously improve your designs and demonstrate their impact on user engagement and satisfaction.
Who you are
- You bring 2+ years of UX design experience, including working with product and engineering teams to deliver engaging digital products.
- You excel at turning complex user problems into elegant and intuitive design solutions.
- You are skilled in using tools like Figma, Miro, and JIRA, and are comfortable designing for both mobile and desktop platforms.
- You have experience conducting user research and integrating insights into your designs to improve usability and engagement.
- You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- You are passionate about financial products and creating solutions that empower users to achieve their financial goals. Experience in fintech or high-growth tech environments is a plus.
- You are based in Vienna or Barcelona or are open to relocating to one of these locations.
