About the team
The Marketing team drives growth and awareness across Paxos, partnering with teams like Product, Engineering, Business Development, Policy, Communications and more to educate customers and the market on our stablecoins and infrastructure platform. This role offers visibility across the company as we work to accelerate stablecoin adoption and expand access to secure, trustworthy assets.
About the role
In 2024, Paxos launched new stablecoin assets like USDL and USDG, introduced new product solutions like payments, and made our platform more accessible than ever with new APIs and product interfaces for managing tokenized assets. Now, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who will help us scale these new products and solutions to audiences around the world. This is a unique opportunity to shape demand generation programs across a broad platform and in a rapidly growing industry.
What you'll do
- Define Demand Generation Strategy: Develop, execute, and optimize B2B lead generation strategies across multiple channels to help fill the sales funnel. You’ll have broad ownership of demand planning and campaigns, partnering closely with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure alignment with product strategy, customer targets, and business objectives.
- Campaign Management: plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across channels to help generate and nurture high-quality leads, and ensure campaigns are properly set up and monitored. Channels may include SEM, display, sponsored content, paid social, email marketing, event activations, and more.
- Content Development: Manage the creation of engaging assets like webinars, landing pages, and emails in support of the campaigns identified. Partner with Product Marketing to leverage existing content and ensure consistency of targeting and messaging.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and demand generation strategies in order to optimize spend and refine our targeting.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Partner with the Sales team to establish a continuous feedback loop on lead quality and handoff, campaign performance, and optimizations.
About you
- 6+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation
- Experience in fintech, financial services or blockchain
- Comfortable working across a range of segments ranging from startups to sales-driven enterprise engagement
- Clear communicator and data-driven decision maker
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Hubspot is a plus
