Responsibilities
Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps for AI-powered products and features.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and technical requirements.
Work with AI/ML teams on LLM applications, AI agents, automation tools, recommendation systems, or data intelligence products.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify product opportunities.
Prioritize product features based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility.
Monitor product performance, user engagement, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvements.
Coordinate product launches and support cross-functional execution across stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in AI, SaaS, fintech, or technology companies.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI workflows.
Experience working with cross-functional technical teams in agile development environments.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
