Responsibilities
Build and optimize the platform’s user growth framework, continuously improving conversion rates across key user journeys, including registration, KYC, deposits, and trading.
Develop user segmentation models and implement targeted strategies for acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement.
Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, design and execute A/B tests and growth experiments.
Plan and optimize user growth campaigns, incentive programs, and membership/rewards systems to increase user engagement and asset retention.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to drive growth initiatives from concept to execution.
Participate in localization efforts by developing growth strategies tailored to different markets and user segments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1–3 years of experience in Growth Operations, User Operations, Data Operations, or related fields
Solid understanding of user lifecycle management, with hands-on experience in acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and growth opportunities through data.
Familiar with growth methodologies such as A/B testing, user segmentation, and conversion funnel optimization.
Strong logical thinking, execution capability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Prior experience in FinTech, payments, digital banking, brokerage, or financial services is preferred.
