As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating, executing and optimizing advertising campaigns across our performance marketing program including Search, Display, Pmax & Social campaigns. You will be a key member of the marketing team in charge of marketing strategy across our paid channels and will work cross-collaboratively with product, analytics & other teams to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Google Ads & Social ad platforms to drive performance and achieve business goals.
- Develop, optimize, and monitor campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Implement a data-driven testing approach to continuously improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Generate and present detailed reports on the overall performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights.
- Coordinate with product marketing teams to launch new initiatives.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, target audience and CAC.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee and manage agencies & internal associates to ensure the successful execution of the performance marketing program.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the marketing team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 4 years experience in a digital marketing position with +$500k monthly budgets.
- In-depth knowledge of the Google Ads platform.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager.
- Highly analytical with a proven track record of utilizing data to drive decision making.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable learning new platforms to test new digital acquisition channels.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strategic thinker who can work with the team to solve large scale business problems through a robust understanding of digital marketing efforts.
- Thorough knowledge of Google Analytics and/or other analytics tools to inform business decisions.
- Fintech industry experience is a plus.
- SQL experience is a plus.
