- Establish and manage project management framework, methodologies, and best practices tailored to our regulated environment.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of critical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Act as the key point of contact for project governance, reporting, and performance monitoring across the organization.
- Partner with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained throughout all initiatives, by partnering with Risk Controlling and the key stakeholders.
- Maintain a comprehensive view of the project portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment and efficient resource utilization.
- Support project managers and team members by providing guidance on processes, tools, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence in project execution.
- Extensive experience in project management or PMO roles within regulated industries, such as financial services, or fintech.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations in the financial sector.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (e.g., Atlassian Suite).
- Exceptional ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are a plus.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is an advantage.
