Job Summary:
In this dynamic role within our Over-the-Counter (OTC) division, you will work collaboratively with a diverse team, including sales traders, client relationship specialists, compliance experts, and regional managers. This position plays a crucial role in the expansion and enhancement of our international trading operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge and strengthen connections with major players in the OTC market, such as high-caliber institutions, family offices, traditional finance proprietary firms, financial institutions, trading platforms, intermediaries, venture capital firms, hedge funds, private trading groups, and individuals with significant net worth.Lead the development and application of OTC sales methodologies, driving the team towards strategic execution.
- Align and execute substantial OTC transactions in the market.
- In partnership with the global OTC unit, develop and apply diverse strategies for risk management, hedging, and trading.
- Engage directly with clients to develop and execute bespoke trading strategies.
- Liaise with third-party service providers, including financial institutions, to establish credit facilities.Collaborate with the compliance department to facilitate the onboarding of international and local OTC clients, ensuring adherence to KYC norms.
- Work in tandem with the legal team to draft and finalize Sales and Purchase Agreements, maintaining compliance with legal regulations.
Requirements
- Experience in the Crypto OTC sector, ideally in a cryptocurrency exchange context.
- Experience in nurturing and handling diverse institutional relationships across various cultures.Proven capability in forming and guiding high-performance sales teams.
- Deep enthusiasm for and knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
