We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team at Flight Fund. In this role, you will take the lead in developing and implementing cutting-edge social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram. Your goal will be to build the Flight Fund brand through big creative ideas and impactful, industry-first social media content that resonates with our audience and sets us apart in the market
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Design and execute innovative organic and paid social media strategies aligned with Flight Fund’s overarching marketing objectives.
- Content Creation: Produce and publish engaging, industry-first content tailored for LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Community Management: Monitor and engage with our social media audiences, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to nurture a thriving community.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular, actionable reports to the team.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed on the latest social media trends and best practices to enhance our digital presence.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to expand Flight Fund’s reach and influence.
Competencies:
- Experience: Proven track record as a social media manager or in a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to write and curate engaging copy and content across diverse social media platforms.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with social media management tools and analytics software.
- Design Skills: Basic proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar, to create assets for social media.
- Video Editing Skills: Ability to edit video content directly within platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
- Campaign Expertise: Experience in creating and measuring the success of social media campaigns.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Industry Knowledge: An interest in the venture capital and private equity space is a plus.

- Some roles will require global travel so flexibility in this aspect is important and your hiring manager will confirm this with you during the interview process
