Your mission
Join the fast-paced world of CRM as our CRM Manager Switzerland, taking charge of the Swiss market. Your mission is to design, execute, and analyze CRM campaigns that resonate with local audiences, boosting customer retention and product adoption. This role is based in Vienna or Zürich, combining creative and analytical work in a dynamic fintech environment.
What you’ll do
- Design and execute CRM campaigns for the Swiss market, including incentive campaigns.
- Collaborate with country and product marketing managers to execute multi-channel campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messages).
- Write engaging copy that speaks to the Swiss audience.
- Utilize third-party tools like Braze and Knak, analyze campaign performance, identify trends and actionable insights to refine future strategies.
- Proactively suggest ideas and improvements to campaigns, leveraging your knowledge of customer behaviour and market nuances.
Who you are
- Proven track record in a similar role, ideally in a fintech or financial company, with a focus on B2C online/mobile audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a creative, customer-first mindset and excellent attention to detail. Bonus points if you bring strong copywriting abilities.
- Team player with a proactive attitude, thriving in a fast-growing, diverse team environment.
- Fluent in English and German. Additional languages are a plus, especially French and Italian. Based in Zürich or Vienna
- Familiarity with Braze or similar customer engagement platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
