Product Management:

Product Ownership:
- Working as a crucial link among stakeholders to elicit, analyse and communicate the product roadmap from a technical angle
- Translating technical requirements into business focussed priorities and vice versa
- Maintaining a roadmap for products
- Supporting technical delivery with partners along with the technical delivery team and development leads.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
- Practical experience as a Product Manager, ideally having been involved in blockchain projects or at least strong interest in this
- Practical experience and knowledge of capital markets, with focus on collateral management, FX and innovation
- Strong knowledge and/or experience in financial services processes, systems and products is preferred
- Technical understanding of building highly distributed, reliable, secure and performant systems
- Experience of working in an innovative, disruptive, rapidly mobilising and evolving business / teams is ideal
- Strong experience of collaborative tools such as Jira and Confluence, and strong Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills
- Ability to create structured documentation that meets the needs of technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to adapt or explain technical things to a non-technical audience, and being adept at balancing business and technical concerns, bridging the gap between the two when needed
- Willingness and ability to roll your sleeves up and help wherever possible
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Strong experience of working in a software delivery environment with 3rd parties

Fnality Global Payments
We are building a network of new payment systems that will enable tokenised, peer-to-peer markets.
Fnality Global Payments (FnGP) will comprise a series of national systems, each regulated in its home jurisdiction. We call each of these a Fnality Payment System (FnPS).
In each payment system, a Fnality settlement asset will act as the settlement/payment asset for any Payment (P), Delivery v, Payment (DvP) or payment vs. payment (PvP) need.
FnGP are underpinned by Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). The nature of DLT is such that it enables FnGP to:
- Operate a true peer-to-peer market
- Allow for immediate settlement
- Interoperate across business platforms and jurisdictions

- Reduced counter-party and credit risk
- Reduced operational risk
- Efficient liquidity management
- An ability to move resources from risk mitigation to business growth
