The Opportunity
Solana Foundation is seeking a highly driven full-time Europe Institutional Growth Lead to drive regional ecosystem expansion with financial institutions. The ideal candidate will accelerate Solana institutional adoption throughout Europe.
You will:
- Drive strategic relationships with founders, investors, institutions, and regulators across Europe
- Support the institutional growth vertical lead in regional expansion and market entry
- Develop and execute regional growth initiatives and events
- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and industry groups
- Oversee regional grant programs and ecosystem funding
To be successful in this role
You ideally have:
- 7+ years experience in financial services or fintech, with at least one prior full time role in crypto/blockchain
- Deep network within London and broader European tech/startup ecosystem
- Experience working with regulators and financial institutions
- Track record of scaling business operations across multiple countries
- Strong understanding of regional regulatory frameworks
Bonus points:
- Prior experience in Solana ecosystem and technical understanding of blockchain infrastructure
Location:
- Based in London with frequent travel across Europe region and daily communication across all time zones
