We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to launch and scale Flight Speakers. This individual will be responsible for building the division from the ground up, developing a best-in-class speakers bureau that drives meaningful cultural impact and generates significant revenue through high-value speaking engagements. The Director of Flight Speakers will manage relationships with talent, secure high-profile speaking engagements, and build a robust operational framework to grow the division globally.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategy for Flight Speakers, including talent acquisition, market positioning, and revenue growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing team to manage talent relations, event partnerships, and operations.
- Establish Flight Speakers as a premier global bureau known for representing thought leaders who drive cultural and societal change.
- Identify, recruit, and sign high-profile speakers from Flight Story’s ecosystem, including podcast hosts, authors, founders, and experts.
- Manage talent relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships that maximise value for both Flight Speakers and the talent.
- Work closely with talent to craft compelling narratives and speaking topics that resonate with global audiences.
- Secure speaking engagements with high-profile clients, including Fortune 500 companies, leading conferences, and global brands.
- Build strategic partnerships with event organisers, corporate clients, and industry associations to grow Flight Speakers' reach.
- Negotiate and close high-value speaking deals that generate significant revenue for the division and the talent.
- Drive substantial revenue for both Flight Group and the talent by identifying and capitalising on high-impact speaking opportunities.
- Develop innovative monetisation strategies for talent, leveraging speaking engagements as a key revenue stream.
- Collaborate with Flight Story’s commercial and marketing teams to align Flight Speakers' activities with broader revenue goals.
- Build and implement scalable systems and processes to manage bookings, contracts, and logistics efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations related to talent representation and event management.
- Track performance metrics, including revenue, booking volume, and client satisfaction, to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop the Flight Speakers brand, positioning it as a trusted, high-impact bureau with a unique focus on inspiring a healthier, happier humanity.
- Collaborate with Flight Story’s marketing and content teams to create promotional materials, including speaker profiles, case studies, and thought leadership content.

Requirements:
Proven experience in talent management, speakers bureaus, or event management, preferably within a high-profile agency or media company.
