Your mission
You will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing brokerage operations within our Securities Platform. You’ll work at the intersection of finance and technology, ensuring seamless trade execution, order monitoring, and regulatory compliance while enhancing our processes for Stocks, ETFs and other financial instruments.
What you’ll do
- Monitor and manage the full trade lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless execution across trading venues.
- Oversee order flow and trade booking, ensuring data integrity and swift resolution of discrepancies.
- Develop and refine mistrade controls, implementing robust frameworks to identify and address trading errors.
- Proactively monitor executed trades for potential anomalies, ensuring timely resolutions and adherence to industry best practices.
- Support regulatory compliance efforts by monitoring and investigating market activities
Who you are
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- You bring around two years of experience in financial operations, trading support, or a related role within a MiFIR/MiFID-regulated environment.
- You have a strong understanding of order management, trade execution, and regulatory requirements.
- Your experience with trading and technology systems equips you to analyze order flows, identify anomalies, and optimize processes.
- Your analytical mindset and attention to detail enables you to navigate complex financial operations with precision.
